Who We Are

Ninja MX LLC is a private aviation maintenance company specializing in AOG — Aircraft on Ground — support for Part 135 charter operators and Part 91 private jet owners. We service super-mid to large cabin aircraft, from the Challenger 300 to Boeing Business Jets, keeping some of the most demanding aircraft in the sky where they belong.

We were founded on a simple but radical idea: that the best aviation maintenance company in the world should be built and run by the technicians who do the work.

What We Do

When a private jet goes down unexpectedly, every hour on the ground means missed trips, broken contracts, and mounting costs. AOG events don’t follow a schedule — and neither do we. Ninja MX dispatches rapidly, works efficiently, and resolves maintenance issues with the precision that the private aviation market demands.

Where We’re Going

AOG support is our foundation. As we establish and prove our core operations, Ninja MX is building toward a broader ecosystem of aviation services — including a rotable parts program, aircraft tooling rental, avionics testing and recertification, a parts brokerage program, and aircraft management services.
